Tierce & Company is a small, family owned investment company. The company was started in Tuscaloosa, Alabama in 1964. Most of our holdings are in real estate in Alabama, Colorado and Florida and consist mostly of rental property (houses, apartments & condominiums). In Alabama we own several large tracts of land and have parcels for sale. This land is presently used for timber, recreation and hunting and there are several gas wells on the land. The property is close to the Tuscaloosa Airport and has great potential for development.
* We are in the planning stages of 1,500 sq. ft. office building in the downtown area. We will customize the floor plan to suit.
* We make 1st and 2nd mortgages directly to businesses and individuals; call for our current rates.
